About the Blog

During this time in my life, as a single 25 year old I see the importance in gaining wisdom in
every aspect of life. I believe that it is vital to grow daily in God’s Word through
deep and thorough study, learning as much as I can to grow closer to my
heavenly Father, and it is my desire to share what I learn with others. I also
see it as critical that I learn as much as I can about being a godly father and
godly husband even before the Lord blesses me with those roles. I believe that
it is important to seek wisdom and knowledge in various areas of life in order
to become the godly man that God wants me to be. It is my desire to encourage
other young men to get a view for what is really important in life and to seek
wisdom as well.

In this day and age that we live in, there are so many ways in which we accept multiple aspects of the culture as normal operating procedure. It is my goal to in my own life evaluate everything that I do through the grid of God’s Word. I desire to think for myself, as opposed to merely swimming downstream through life, doing what I do because that it the way that everybody does it. I also desire to challenge people to think for themselves, and not simply go with the cultural norms, but rather evaluate every decision that is made by the Word of God, and to possibly consider being “different” than what it considered to be the norm if it means that being different is actually being in agreement with the Word of God.
